Welcome to Routezy. By downloading or using our iOS app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using Routezy, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

Routezy grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create within Routezy (photos, notes, country selections, etc.). You grant Routezy a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to operate the app for you. We do not claim ownership and we don't use your content for any purpose other than delivering app features.

4. Subscriptions (Routezy Pro)

Routezy offers in-app subscriptions for premium features:

• Yearly subscription with optional 7-day free trial
• Monthly subscription
• Lifetime purchase (one-time, non-recurring)

Subscription pricing varies by region and is displayed at point of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. Routezy does not directly process refunds.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to disrupt the service or other users' access

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the in-app "Delete account" option (Profile screen). This action is permanent and irreversible.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Routezy available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time, with or without notice. Premium subscription holders will be refunded pro-rata in the event of permanent discontinuation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Routezy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the app will be error-free or meet your specific needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routezy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the country where the user resides, in compliance with EU and Turkey consumer protection regulations where relevant.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
